@ThePlantGuy Here’s a list of AYCE Korean bbq: 1. Soke BBQ Brooklyn Park 2. UPIN Brooklyn Park : ruclips.net/video/boN0HzbkPt0/видео.htmlsi=8s7aCKBfoZdA4Cqv 3. Shinwa Korean BBQ Roseville: ruclips.net/video/Fl58QCOazwU/видео.htmlsi=dFJRm9f5Vkqp25cx 4. JPOT Maplewood: ruclips.net/video/BsFzz-ARyPo/видео.htmlsi=V3hLloYxKZJmA57R 5. Dong Hae II Korean Grill & Sushi- Arden Hill They are all good in different ways. Enjoy!
Shinhwa has a lot more options with meat/seafood/etc and the broth there was more flavorful. Shinhwa was a bit overwhelming cause they had so many options. When they have so much options you have to make sure to order good meat otherwise some of them were chunky and difficult to eat. Make sure you switch to BBQ tab or Hotpot tab on ipad at Shinhwa. Our friends didn’t realize BBQ section till the end. Service was good at both place. I give the edge to Shinhwa for more options. JPot had a simple menu. Overall I say Shinhwa is better. Make sure to go early. The waiting area there is kinda odd.
Yes, the broth kinda plain but they do have lots of condiments like: salt, sugar, chicken powder/etc at the counter. But yes, it would be nice if it’s already flavorful
Yes, I agree! Marinated short rib was delicious! I do like both places in its own way. Now you have to try out UPIN brooklyn park and Soke Brooklyn Park to really compare!
Ohh.. no.. that’s not good. It was good when we went when they first open. I wonder if it changed? Give Shinhwa Roseville or UPIN in Brooklyn Park a try.
How have I not hear of this place and I live in Minneapolis! Looks so good!!
@@Joohee4 yes! It’s an exciting year for Minnesota. 3-4 new all you can eat hot/pot-korean bbq places opened this year!

@@rolandgraff414 Enjoy!! 😊
For the BBQ, did what type of meat to choose from? Any NY Sirloin?
They had NY strip. Marinaded short rib was the best! Pork belly was 😋😋 also. See page 4-5. www.jpotmn.com/menu/
P.s. did you hit the like button 😂
Jpot or Shinhwa ? Which do you like better ?

Wow! How much you make per hour? Restaurant cost so much!!
I know.. restaurants are pretty pricy. The trick is to not order drinks or desserts too often. 😂 And balance out my other expenses. 😅 and Hubby helps.
It's overpriced and bland.

this place i like better than shinwha but both are good, this place marinated short ribs is really nice.

@@TheBovineBaron cool! Now you can have bbq /hotpot anytime easily!
Anyone try the haki saki?
What is that? Never heard of it.
@@donnathao It's a term I made up years ago because it sounds cool to me. I have never known if it's real.
Lol.. what does it mean to you? No wonder I never heard of that before. It does sound cool! I thought it was a special drink.
Feeding trough. No thanks.
Individual hotpot is like your own fresh pot of soup. Add what you like while it stays hot.
Food there sucks
It was pretty good when we went when they first open. Wonder if it’s changed?
