This was the movie that helped get saberspark’s channel off the ground. You would not believe the crazy foreign animated movies that have been reviewed by Saberspark.

They can not even believe that this entire film is actually real.
This makes lawnmower man’s cgi look like terminator 2 or Jurassic park
And all the effects of The Mummy Trilogy look a lot less bad than they already are.
This makes Food Fight’s animation look like Spider-verse’s
My mom's a huge fan of The Chosen.

I've always believed that anyone can believe in what they want as long as they don't inject it into the world around them. I kept my beliefs to myself for a long time because i felt no need to tell the world about it. It was after i got older and saw the bible thumpers raging with the vocal atheists, that I realized just how ignorant this whole thing is. I remain agnostic and say i don't know, but sticking with one rule of the scientific method as my answer, "Unless either side provides physical proof that isn't the other sides lack of proof, then there's no proof and is simply opinion."
I'm sure at least someone has mentioned that the movie being reviewed here gave a pretty big boost in Saberspark's popularity, and Nate... if you thought THIS movie was bad... oh boy. You outta see some of the other stuff Saber's reviewed.

You should def take a look at Saber's reanimated version...it's a compillation of different artists and different styles all coming together...and it's just a love letter to creativity and art
good thing i'm not the only one that aware god's not dead films exist and only know there were 2 before since i remember finding a dvd collection on walmart of the movie not knowing there were 5 now and i can see why it flopped....

I actually highly recommend you watch Saberspark's reanimated Joshua and the Promise Land movie. It's a hella lot better than the original garbage film. I also recommend watching Saberspark's other reviews on terrible animated movies!

I actually watched that specific video earlier today, the first half was generally a breakdown of the legal issues the studio and (possible) creator went through, and the second half was a brief overview of the 3 movies (because in the end, they were still hentais so he couldn't say or show too much) and it ended with him admitting he actually considers them so bad they're good, basically saying there were nothing more than proto-s--tposts and unique in a time where you couldn't find p--n on the Internet as easily as you can today.

As a connoisseur of movies that deal psychic damage, this isn't even the worst christian movie I've seen. Hell, it doesn't even break into the top 10. Maybe, *maybe* if we limit it to animated movies it rates top 20. It's going up against the likes of Gaither's Pond, a furry version Noah's Ark, and a Finding Nemo ripoff called Finding Jesus, so it's actually kinda good in comparison. At least it's so bad it's funny where they're usually so bad you end up in a psyche ward.
I’m just saying that if you pretend this whole film is just cutscenes from a PS1 game, the experience will be less painful

Josh and the Big Wall is at least both faithful and enjoyable for the whole family, this is just a nightmare!

Yeah, this movie hurts. Because it's so... AHHHH!! But you can't stop watching it. Unlike The Promised Neverland Season 2, which yeah a disappointment, but at least it's not ass and could watch it with some "eh" or "well" or "i guess thats it? Ok?". *Yes, I believe Season 2 was fine, decent, goodish, okay! Ok?! My standards aren't that high as an anime only. ... Sorry. Anyway* I would rather watch that 500 times with Tokyo Ghoul Root A 500 times more than this movie tbh.

It was trash, but at least it was decent at best, and it got a lot better over time in Season 2 part 2, Ordinal Scale, Season 3/Alicezation, and Progressive.
And it has far much better animation than this entire cursed and awful film that shouldn't even exist.

@lightninggreninja4676 This is the main reason why I have learned, understand, and appreciate to like and love modern animes like My Hero Academia, Jujutsu Kaisen, and Demon Slayer.
Because they actually know and are aware of how to adapt a series, the way they should be adapted and make some necessary changes that need to be either improved, improvised, rewrote, or even changed to make it work and actually make sense (even Jojo's Bizarre Adventure did something like that in their anime adaptation and look at how popular and famous that series and franchise became over the years).
And the execution of those 3 anime series is so well and good, it's unbelievably and insanely outstanding.
It's like something that I have never seen or felt before, and it was like living an experience.
