They said yes... He said it should be the Electric Generator for the local HOSPITAL and SECONDARY SCHOOL (just beside of the Hospital) is this what we've been waiting for 2 years? Then... what are we going to do with these TV's, whole our small city doesn't have Electricity? NGO workers (Westerners) had nothing to say... he called the Minister, and the Minister told him to get those TV'S, he said later they will be sold and get some funds, to complete other projects.
Long story short, on NGO report sheet, those 10 TV'S were valued at 1 million€ !?!?! Now, can 10 Samsung TV'S really cost 1 million€ ?
