Plus size models are 8-12. Some even size 6 which is insane! 6 is definitely not plus size! I hate how skinny obsessed the industry tries to make everyone.

If you want your tummy to disappear, cut all processed foods out of your diet. They have very inflammatory ingredients and mess up your gut. If you did this your tummy will flatten and you will lose weight. Read the ingredients in your foods, if you can’t pronounce it then your body doesn’t know what it is either. Women don’t grow as they age, it’s just your older body dealing with bad eating habits that didnt bother you when you were younger. 🙏🏼
