I happened upon this on the one year anniversary of my husband’s passing. He was a professional musician ~ Jacob was a favorite of his, and of course Stevie… brought me to my knees. Also brought me over to the piano, which I have not touched in many years. I was shocked my hands knew right where to go. Never tried to play this before ~ THEY DID SUCH A BEAUTIFUL COVER OF THIS!! ✨
This was so beautiful! Several years back, when my son was a newborn, one Saturday afternoon I was bouncing him on my knee and listening to Songs In The Key of Life and 'As' started playing and I suddenly started crying because I was so happy. It was totally unexpected. I had listened to the song many, many times and never came close to crying. The music and the lyric "I Will Love You Always" and my son in my arms was just too much for me...and this video brought back some of those feelings. THANK YOU!
Becca's voice sounds so effortlessly flawless. She likely orders coffee more beautifully than I could ever hope to sing. **I have no doubt she's put in tons of work to get to this point --- but man, you'd never guess she wasn't born with it... edit: this arrangement is so so so good
Beautiful cover. When Jacob started singing I almost fell over! There are few male singers that impress me; he is now in that group. Strong and smooth tone, makes one feel warm and secure. I will be following!

I love this song. When I was feeling down one morning this appeared on my laptop when I was looking for something. I knew it was from the Universe!!! I also have three wonderful children I am privileged to be the mother of.

Disney , that's the vibe i get from this , this feels warm and cheerful like when disney characters break into songs. Sure doesn't help that becca also looks and sounds like a disney princess.
You might actually be on to something. Jacob's arrangements, besides usually being marinated in complicated harmony, are almost always whimsical and has genuineness for lack of a better word. I can definitely image Jacob toning down his harmonies and instead exploring a theme he is given to the ends of what's possible.
