Thank you so much. I have been looking for a video like yours for years. No one wants to talk about pricing and thank you for explaining it and making this video. I have been doing flowers often on for 25 years and I never got this message but thank you thank you thank you❤
I knew this already but viewed your video in its entirety to check out your formula and it is spot on. Florist should not be afraid to charge what the formula adds up to even when it seems “too pricey”. Customers will be delighted to pay the price for something that honors them or if it’s gifted for someone else’s special moment. The quality of work and time it takes to design the arrangements will speak for itself💐
I just watched your video because I'm just starting out and am horrid in math, and you did this fantastically for me!! I thank you so much for breaking this down step by step. Sincerely with sooo much appreciation, thank you!!! I'm going to find you on insta now lol, Tessie.
Hi I just watched your video! I work in a florist and your worksheet math is exactly what we do to get a price on our arrangements . So fun to watch you break it all down
Great tips! Thank you for being so generous with your information and advice. Although I have been doing wedding florals for a few years your video has really opened my eyes to how bad a mathematician I am 🤣. I've been almost giving away my arrangements!!!!! Sigh! Keep em coming girl. You rock!!
Thank you! This was very helpful. I have my first wedding coming up in April and i think the hardest part for me is pricing and knowing exactly how much to charge for delivery, set up. Its going to be a big event.
Your videos are great and so helpful. Can you talk about how to run flower business/projects from home. I'm starting out doing projects here and there and would lije to do more on full time bases, but hesitate because I'm doing from home. It would be so helpful if you showed us your storage/work space to see how you conduct from day to day. Thanks Alexis. You Rock !
Thank you for all your information!! Could you please share a wholesale where to buy flowers in store, no online wholesale. I haven’t found any unfortunately until now in Philadelphia.
I have another question. So yes I buy stems or bunches when i have an arrangement order. But what do you do with all the leftover flowers. I usually end up making smaller arrangements for home or family and friends. What can I do to turn those around as a sale. I'm doing this from home. Thanks for your input. Great video. I always do the x3, but never charged 25% service. Great advice. Thx again.
If you give them away as gifts, they will turn in to expenses for the accounting process. Before that I would advertise them as sale bouquets, to get some extra sales.
Hi Alex! Thank you for your content. You're so super uplifting and I love your positive energy 🥰😊 I'm wondering do you ever use the green foam some florists use ? Or is that a thing of the past? How do you feel about pesticides? Do you use anything to protect yourself from them?
Hi! I have found interested in becoming a florist! This video was great! I have a few questions, what brand of tools should I invest in? And by me just starting out I don't have a business license or anything like that to open an account with some of the wholesale flower companies, so where could I purchase my flowers at? Thanks in advance! 😊💐
Trader Joe's flowers are decent quality and very affordable, that's where I started buying before I register my business! you could also look into flower farmers local to you to see if they sell retail flowers!

Hi there, That is defiantly one way you can use the flowers. I also dry my flowers and make flower wreathes for the fall and sell them
If you give them away as gifts, they will turn in to expenses for the accounting process.

Does this apply to store bought flowers?
