    Is SpaceOr a good option? My Dr said that he didn’t recommend because there’s a (1%+) chance of not hitting the space between the rectum and Prostate? Any thoughts?

      Thanks for the question. Just my opinion: I think spaceoar is a great option, there's lots of data that is reduces the risk of rectal injury from radiation. In experienced hands it is a very low risk procedure. I recommend it for almost all my patients with intact prostate cancer (no prior prostatectomy).
