Bought the pattern and made this for my 4yo this Halloween - came out great! It was my first time ever working with eva foam so there was a bit of a learning curve, and it took me longer than I expected, but I truly enjoyed it and my son hasn't stopped thanking me 🥰
I will say, for anyone else thinking of making this for a similar aged child (avg sized 4 year old boy, maybe 42" tall) you should scale down into the 80s when printing the patterns. I think I ended up using 88% or maybe even 85% scale for some pieces. I made the helmet/mask at 94% and it was SUPER big on him, and I unfortunately didn't have the time or materials to start over.
Nevertheless, the costume came out great and I can't wait for the next opportunity to make a costume this way. Thank you!!!!
