    The blue tape Idea is amazing and most likely a literal life saver. Glad you remember to put blue tape on that idea and come back to include it in the end of the video ;)

    Vic ain't lying. Do it, have all your RV buddies write stuff down on the white board. Torque Seal every fastener after tightening. With regard to the canopy, leave it all the way open or closed and latched, no in between.

    Great video, Vic. The more eyes on the project, the more likely you are to find something missing or wrong. Some of these things can cause a crash.
    I invested a lot of time flushing my fuel system and from time to time I still find little chips of aluminum in the tank drain after 3.5 years of flying. While we are "experimental" aviation, one area to be extremely careful about is fuel delivery.
    Love the blue tape idea - very clever!

    We had an accident involved with a RV8 that had modification to the fuel system

    I know a builder who had his RV-4 inspected and signed off. When the inspector left, the builder found that he had forgotten to install half the required wing bolts. But at least all the paperwork was correct. 😊
