  • Edwin Corley Moses is an American former track and field athlete who won gold medals in the 400-meter hurdles at the 1976 and 1984 Olympics. Between 1977 and 1987, Moses won 107 consecutive finals and set the world record in the event four times.
Today Moses' race continues as an advocate for anti-doping, diversity, equity and inclusion in the sports world. This is not an event about which we read or hear very much...
But it is a tough event.
And he was unbeaten for a decade.
I recall reading about him being unbeaten for four years... and it just didn't stop.
    Remarkable.
    Beyond remarkable.
