    • @turtleinashirt
      @turtleinashirt 5 лет назад +2

      Frankie Warman it’s a huge risk. He equity is very low for the asking price. IF they make it big that is were the risk pays off. After a bit of research on them, the negotiations took 3 hours, which we only see a small sliver of, so I do retract my statement, but nothing about this investment was low risk, but it being a financial product which happens to have a tech component is more in her wheelhouse as an ex-banker than something like a cupcake product or one of the many inventions she passes on all the time. I don’t tend to view her as miserly, but as selective based on her area of expertise. Though the “I’m out” meme is quite fitting for her due to that. But even she admitted she bluffed on the first offer though. She stated that she threw a “curveball” because all of the dragons were interested and it would have mitigated her risk.

They changed my provider recently and have totally messed up with my gas and have done absolutely nothing to help out. I have spent endless time on the phone with the energy companies involved myself and it has still not been sorted out. Every time I contact the people running this company I am told different things. I have switched energy suppliers many times but the companies use the obstacle of an exit fee if I switch before the contract ends. A typical contract is 12 months and an exit fee £30 for electricity + £30 for gas. As a result, I only choose tariffs with no exit fee. This service (I assume) subtracts the exit fee from any savings a consumer could make before switching them. If it switches you for a saving of £15 per year but you pay £30 for leaving your existing supplier, that would not be smart.
