My first versa 2 did not work right it could not find so sent back and bought a cheaper one Found out right off I did not like it. So I ordered a new fitbit versa 2 and I am so happy it works great so don't give up I now can say I love it. Many thanks to my husband for getting it for me

Hi, just got my versa 2. I just noticed the left button is not that clicky? I mean like not that clicky like in iphone you can hear a click sound when you press it. Is that normal or should I ask for replacement? Hope you can see. Tyia

Example when you ask Alexa a question does she respond back by saying the weather is.... Or is it only voice activated, where you would have to look down to get the answer?
I found you have to go to the actual FitBit website at fitbit.com/settings (won't work on the app). Scroll down on the main part of the page to "Advanced Settings." There you'll find "Clock Display Time." Select 24 hour then scroll down and click "Submit." I can't remember if I then needed to manually sync my watch or if it just updated after a few seconds... I hate 12hr clocks so this was a must for me!

Does the Versa 2 keep track of walking distances (miles)? Does it keep track of walking steps and aerobic steps? Does it keep track of walking calories burned on those long walks?
I got a new Versa 2 for Christmas, replacing my Charge 3. I am trying to do what you say on your video but I cannot reply to text messages. I try tapping a text message to open it and it won’t open. I also cannot get Alexa to work. When I hold the left button down it shows a screen that says Select Shortcut. It lists Alexa and it is checked. But it is not opening Alexa. Can you help me? Thanks.
Your fitbit app is different than mine, I think. I don’t see any options for notifications. Only that I can get notifications from calls, txt, and calendar events.

I had an older fitbit that would track activity even if Bluetooth was off, but I would have to turn it on to sync to the app. Asking this cuz I will be trying to preserve battery on my phone while on a backpacking trip through Europe.
Can't connect to Bluetooth...it's paired to my phone, but I can't ever get it to say "connected" like with other devices. And I can't change sleep goal times. Trying to change from 10 pm to 12 am, but it keeps defaulting back to 10. There's no place to select "ok" or "enter" after you insert new info, just "Remove" or "Cancel.

Complete setup in Fitbit mobile app and sync device. I've done this over and over again. Installed and uninstalled, restarted my phone.... Nothing. I'm about ready to get my money back and try something other than an Apple product.

What's happend with steps from 7:00 did You only move your hand? Charge 3 had very bad steps accuracy, how its look in Versa 2?

Open the Fitbit app and enable those features on the watch. Then you'll have them.

The face fell off my wife's Versa 2. When I put it back on, all we get is a white screen - nothing else. What can we do to get it fixed?
