I am really not sure if you have to buy online. We bought online and along with our ticket came transportation from our hotel. They gave us a time, met us down in the lobby and took us to the mall, and then drove us back afterwards.
Yes, ticket exchange is inside the mall. We got there about 30 minutes before the ship was supposed to leave and it didn’t take very long to get the tickets at all.
