As a Preston fan we are all over the moon Lowe has gone and taken his bloody awful negative tactics with him, so gald Heginbottom and McCall is in very experienced in the championship. Feel good factor is back already.

The outside perspective of Ryan Lowe is very different to that of Preston and even Plymouth fans.
Describing him as a salt of the earth character with hard working principles highlights this. He's a narcissist and the difference in character between himself and the likes of Neil, Heckinbottom is clear for those watching closely enough. We were heading for league 1 under Lowe and we are very much glad to see the back of him (months too late). I'm confident we can have a safe season now and within 12 months we'll hopefully be a competitive team again.

Heckingbottom is a right snake. He backstabbed his way into the Sheffield United job.

Exactly. Not sure how people think that of lowe. He talked about himself non stop in interviews and refused to take any responsibility when we lost. Even wearing white trainers every game screamed look at me

Good analysis gents, Hecky did a very underrated job with Sheff Utd with no resources. The premier league campaign was destroyed before it began with the board selling the two best players, just before the season started.

He's been poor everywhere else. He could only get a job as their youth coach at first.

They needed to steady the 'ship' after all the turbulence. Preston may not become the invincibles under the new manager, unless he changes the end of his name ie HeckinTOP.

Not a good spot to take a gamble with the gaffer rn considering PNE are in relegation trouble. Many teams down there but its entirely possible they'll have a boring season now with this secure signing, and finish around 15th. Which is what they need.

relegation struggle is crazy considering the lowest weve placed in the last 8 years is 14th, and this season there has only been three games played, by your logic shef utd are in a relegation battle cause they also have three points

Leeds look like a well run club, and they had to get their finances in order by selling their most expensive assets. Should they've gone for it just bc next year possible is tougher.? Who knows, and probably their hands were tied behind their back due to financial regulation. I blame the rotten parachute system, not the club.
