Plain flour 1 cup
Corn Flour 1/4 Cup
Red Chilli flakes 2tsp
Salt 2 tsp
Oregano1tsp
Garlic powder 1tsp
Black pepper 1tsp

tried this yesterday and it turned out SOOO good. the only difference is i skipped the oregano and used fresh garlic instead, but this recipe will be a staple at my home now. we even made fried cauliflower with the leftover batter and that was super delicious as well. thank you!
