One of the important aspect of hiring is the hiring source management. If you're a small company, then sourcing can be easily handled. However, for big companies, tracking the source of hiring is very difficult. We need a unified dashboard/platform which provides detailed analysis of hiring sources and keeps a track of all candidate files.
This is the hardest part I had ever experienced. Maximum people don't like to work. I can't understand how to handle this. Thanks for the video.
