I had a kid hit out cars, and left the scene, but not before we got his plate number. His parents came by after midnight and apoligized and offered the first car he hit $500.00, she refused. We both got our cars fixed and low and behold, we both had our windows shattered 2 weeks later. Of course we couldn't prove that it was this thug, way before door-dash, but we knew he was pissed. Nothing ever happened on this street until then. Go figure.
