You’re a inspiration; I have had some recent setbacks with my health lately (got to see the cardiologist next week but I hope she’ll help me find a solution for it) but I see you going on and it makes me will myself to do so too. I am 3 years and 10 months shy if 60 but I feel this is my time to change my life around; to see what more it has to offer… but we have to be more careful , I agree.
