T-Rex weighed twice as much as Carnotaurus, and had a much larger skull and jaws (with one of the highest bite psis of any land predator). Carnotaurus had a small head with a weak lower jawbone. Both would be very deadly to any human, but Carnotaurus is no match for a T-Rex.
