Nice van - Burstner interiors are really lovely and bright. Wouldn't buy because of the pop-top - these days we prefer the over-cab bed option provided by the likes of VW and Knaus on Crafter/MAN conversions but otherwise a great-looking van with vg storage options. Also great to see the enthusiasm levels off the scale :)
Alan - as far as I can see no one in Europe is importing campervans on the Ford chassis, with door on the offside to the UK. Couple of British manufacturers are, Bailey & Swift, with sliding doors on the nearside. Pity as some of the European manufacturers are I believe larger volume and can bring economies of scale to the consumer. Loved the Pilote/Mooveo you featured the other day, massive ‘boot’ storage but again cannot see a UK spec one on the Ford.
I do find your videos interesting and informative but can I mention one small point? I think you term of a 'Tent in the roof' is rather rude and disparaging. They aren't tents and they do work. My daughter's family of four regularly holiday in our 5,4m Hymer Blue Evolution with a POP TOP and it works well. They have been to France as well as the UK and use the POP TOP to best advantage. My son in law, by the way, is 6ft 4inches, he sleeps in the POP TOP and the children are the size of small adults. A POP TOP works for us --- and I suspect many people. Keep up the good reviews!
John, I would argue that a pop top is more one of these things that pops up out of the old VW camper rather than what I would call a tent in the roof! But thanks for your thoughts on the matter. You will see a couple of videos coming up soon where I am not dispariging towards what you call a pop top!
very pretty interior.

30 years ago, I could have bought 2 terraced houses for the price if this van. It's crazy How expensive things have gone 😮
In my home town, you could have bought the entire street!

I think you are right Stephen, I cannot think of a single Ford van in the UK - but I am not the right person to ask about this!
