I am unfortunately flying them on 11/27. Business class Newark to Cairo then on to Doha. I am dreading this flight. Complete bait and switch by them. They initially were flying the “flagship business class” 787, 1-2-1 configuration when we booked it 7 months ago. They changed it last week to an old 777-300. With a 2-3-2 business class and had the balls to put me in a middle seat. Problem is they changed the plane so late, that I now cannot find another viable flight, as formula 1 is in Doha the weekend, so there are no business class seats left, unless you want to spend 17k one way. I will never ever, ever book with them again. We spent 3 separate days, on hold for over 2 hours each day, before finally getting in touch with them to move our seats.

So sorry you experienced this. Customer service is very hard to get a hold of and to be honest ground service isn’t much better. Hopefully you have a good trip. Plus formula 1 in Doha is exciting! Please keep us updated. Take care
