You are such a great chef and teacher! Easily one of my favorite chefs on here. Your instructions are easy to follow. The little tips and tricks along the way are definitely appreciated and your recipes are delicious!!! Thanks for another great one! And many blessings to you. 🙌✨
Thank you for cooking this in a rondeau. It's hard to find videos of people using them. The rondeau is such a versatile pot and i love using mine. Cheers!
Much better than that Frozen TV Dinner. I'm trying to watch carbs, would substitute breadcrumbs for sprouted bread for the crumb, arrowroot to thicken the gravy and serve with mashed cauliflower.
THIS “CHICKEN” NOTE CONFUSED ME IN THE SHIW NOTES??? “Make-Ahead: This recipe is meant to be served right away, but you could leave the cooked chicken breasts in the sauce covered in a pan and over very low heat for up to 20 minutes ahead of time.”???
oh pls try not to ad bredcumbs into it, will get to dry, form them and cover them with the crumbs. They will be way more juisy. But what you shoud do, get an old roll and let it sok in water, squise it and add it to the met, than mix it, pls never dry breadcrumbs into it, onl outside
I've cooked this so many times, know it by heart but always rewatch.
I made the Salisbury steak recipe verbatim, it is the best I’ve ever tasted. You’re an amazing chef and I love your videos.!!

oh my mom makes something like this but she doesn't call it Salisbury Steak. She just calls it burgers in mushroom gravy.

It's basically meatloaf, but with more meat/less filler.
Looking around for a substitute for Worcestershire; to me, it's a little too vinegary.
I agree and use A1 Sauce in place of the L&P.
@@peggyspringer2860 good thought, thanks!
