    oh my mom makes something like this but she doesn't call it Salisbury Steak. She just calls it burgers in mushroom gravy.

    Much better than that Frozen TV Dinner. I'm trying to watch carbs, would substitute breadcrumbs for sprouted bread for the crumb, arrowroot to thicken the gravy and serve with mashed cauliflower.

    It's basically meatloaf, but with more meat/less filler.
    Looking around for a substitute for Worcestershire; to me, it's a little too vinegary.

    THIS “CHICKEN” NOTE CONFUSED ME IN THE SHIW NOTES???
    “Make-Ahead: This recipe is meant to be served right away, but you could leave the cooked chicken breasts in the sauce covered in a pan and over very low heat for up to 20 minutes ahead of time.”???

    oh pls try not to ad bredcumbs into it, will get to dry, form them and cover them with the crumbs. They will be way more juisy. But what you shoud do, get an old roll and let it sok in water, squise it and add it to the met, than mix it, pls never dry breadcrumbs into it, onl outside
