BUT I always have problems with all of the wifi dongles because apparently they keep losing signal and even though I programmed an open/close schedule for all the shades, it doesn’t work. I have a great wifi connection in my house and it also has the 4.5ghz signal. I got tired of re-pairing the devices over and over again… It works for a while and no more. So I’m not sure if the dongles are poor quality or the problem is something else. Any thoughts that can help me? Thanks!!

I even went through all the steps for the app and pairing, accomplished it all but still nothing moves on the motors. Did I get defective ones? Please help!
