I am surprised at the development that has taken place at Sam Levy's Village. I only recognise 5% of what you showed. All the trees and plants are now grown up and big. This shopping zone is way better than many malls I have been in in South Africa. Well done Sam Levy. Thanks for the video.
There should more mini"levy villages" like this in other towns in Zimbabwe.the roads are decent, enough shops and amenities so people don't have commute to other major towns or cities
Stop lying lol, unless you talking about run down California, Detroit etc. We should stop praising the bare minimum. Infrastructure yakavakwa nguva ya Smith, why can’t Zim councils make or even barely maintain anything without private individuals intervening?
@@rachaelrae4532 I really can't stand those people and the chaos they create in the CBD. Maybe someone needs to present this idea to the powers that be? You never know, it might be possible for this to happen.
Very few people actually afford to go and dine or buy stuff there. It gives you a clearer glimpse of the ratio of the haves and have not in Zimbabwe. Unlike in other countries like Namibia, Botswana or South Africa the average Zimbabwean doesn't go to shop in the malls.
This channel raises my confidence in ZW.after kushainirwa kunedzimwe nyika kwatiri . You realise we still have a very decent home country.
Kushainirwa Nani. If you can’t make it outside of Zimbabwe, you won’t survive Zimbabwe

Wow..!!! This shopping center is amazing. It rivals shopping areas here in America, not kidding. I love watching your videos.
Hey Dennis. Great to be connected

This place has always been well maintained. Imagine if all of Harare was like this.
There was a time when First Street and most of Harare was like that and it was not too long ago.
We need groups of volunteers to start fixing things around Harare.
Yes
@@billtev9846 Let's just sell it to the Levy family. They'll sort it out in no time lol.
@@billtev9846 yes let's do it. LETS START THE GROUP
I wish they'd sell Harare CBD to Sam Levy lol..

Ohhhhh, we would be back as the sunshine city. We would get rid of ma whindi, ne mshika mshika .
