Russian Fishing 4 - Bug on Arch with Wacky Rig

I think this is a bug. Some say let the lure sink. But you can clearly see the link slacks up as soon you cast. If it was sinking. The line would be tight. But it's not. Until you close the bail and reopen the bail then the lure sinks to the bottom.
