    This summer, in the Grand Bazaar, they sold me dried figs for 500 liras, which were 100 liras outside, and I am a Turkish man.

    The price you got for the saffron was slightly more than it costs here in the grocery store In the USA. I would expect you should get a little better price. I didn't see the price you paid for the Turkish delight. I think you can get a box that size for around $5 (142 Lira) i heard that market is not for locals. those teas looked really good, i'd probably have bought them too. great video btw
