Isn't that a fact. I have learned so much I feel I would do reasonably well. Even so, I would still get an attorney.
That's a very generous percentage but, in her case, I do believe that you're correct!! 🙂
You don't have a clue then. Until you state reading the articles of the constitution and know the difference between common law and admiralty law. Do you believe in self accountability? Do you agree with impartial rulings? Why would we not be entitled to a trial by jury for any subject matter or cause of action. This is martial law.
@jeremynoneofyourbusiness3409 you should reread the constitution then because it is exactly what gives these courts authority. 🤦♂️
We all know to get a damn real lawyer and STFU in court 😂
"That would be too soon for me"
"Why is that?"
< I need to go to law school >
Most teachers are not idiots like her!
It’s a thankless job, for sure.
How A Bill Becomes A Law!!!! Absolutely perfect!! I always felt bad for the bill at first because it looked so sad.
Much love from the Replay Crew, @LawTalkWithMike ! And the best of weekends to you and to all of the Members!
25:44 - I literally spit out my coffee. Schoolhouse Rock! That was straight-up sass from the bench.
My favourite part was when she called it un-a-lien-able rights.
That is how it is written in the original Constitution.
I like that the judge is using comprehend instead of understand. Avoids that circular argument.
The funny thing is that contempt is something that still *is* governed (partially) by common law under the court's inherent contempt power and yet she demands to see the statute she's being charged under and complains when there isn't one.
💯
Under her precious common law, contempt of court might be punishable by more than jail time. Bring back the Middle Ages!😂
They can never keep it straight whether they require statues or common law.
@@r3adrpro811-- No thanks. Although it's sweet to picture her indignation if she suddenly found herself in the stocks being pelted by rotten vegetables.
So cool to meet you today!!!!
She is the prime example of what is WRONG with our schools.
To her attorney: “I have more Diploma’s than You”
Yeah, from the toilet bowl University.
No, it was the Darrell Brooks school of law.
I hope Michigan pulls her teaching certificate. Scary.
As a teacher from Colorado, Mike...we know we have people in classrooms exactly like this...they are the ones that get other teachers fired because admins just want to shut them up so, others go and by the time its over, we are glad to leave that toxic environment!
(24 minutes in) Did I just hear the defendant claim that "Common Law" is so-named because it had to be dumbed down for the commoners? That does explain her demeanour.
Still waiting to find out from any SovCit how a "special appearance" differs from an ordinary appearance!
It IS a legitimate thing, but (as usual) they don't understand it. The idea is that if you actually DO believe personal jurisdiction is lacking, you can appear in court to contest it. Normally, the mere act of appearing would itself establish that jurisdiction is valid. But, of course, they have beyond twisted ideas of what jurisdiction means (see, e.g., Admiralty/Maritime or "I never contracted with the state.")
That Schoolhouse Rocks comment just made my night, week, month and possibly year! That was glorious!!!
"I'm just a bill.
Yes, I'm only a bill.
And I'm sitting here on Capitol Hill.
Well, it's a long, long journey
To the capital city."
Dammit! it's gonna take weeks to get that tune & lyrics outta my head.
its a rare sight to see a sov cit with an attorney, and i feel bad for the attorney every time dudes like 'for the love of god please shut up and let me do my job you're making it worse'
You're indoctrinated , it's as clear as day.
New T-shirt "Your laws and statutes don't apply me"
Amazing how smart she thinks she is as opposed to how ignorant she truly is.
We’re going to need records of all of her students so that they get proper remedial training.
I love your Red Hat. Thank you for the laughs!
If you appear wearing cuffs and a restraint belt that would be a sort of special appearance.
She’s not a lawyer, but she did stay at a Holiday Inn once!!! 😂😂😂😂😂
"I am well-versed in consitutional things." Including unleanable rights! 😂😂😂
Explain to me why that is funny?
Ohh shoot. He asked her if she understood and she said yes (eventually). That means that she officially stands under the judges authority (or something like that).
the only real question i have is how do you reel these fantasists back into reality? she walks into a court proceeding and finds the conspiracy she just knew was there all the time.
It depends how far down the rabbit hole they've gone. If they're talking to the caterpillar sitting on the mushroom, they might come back ... but once they've sat down with the Mad Hatter for tea, they've crossed the event horizon and there's no effective intervention.
MH treatment.
I think she's too far gone, especially at her age.
Many can't be brought back as many find themselves here through extreme narcissism.
Greetings and Salutations for 2024 from Temple, Texas!
“I probably have more degrees than you do.” Sorry hon, those grade level social studies degrees don’t mean a whole lot in court compared to a law degree.
Soooo true!! I'm sure there have been many PhDs and MDs sitting next to lawyers in court who were representing them. A law degree is similar to a Master's Degree, so PhDs and MDs have more years of schooling/training, but most people with 'higher' degrees still hire lawyers to help them. Her logic is way off!
@LTWM in CA as a teacher I had to take an oath to defend the Constitution.
Mike she may have taken an oath when she was brought in for the election audit stuff, and mistakenly believes shes still bound by it. What a loon
Someone on LSD/shrooms tried to study law & all this sovereign b/s is how it got interrupted
It’s funny how some ppl truly think they’re smarter than EVERYONE ELSE 🤦🏻♀️ Denial is an ugly thing. Being humble is not in her vocabulary
This is not “who you have in schools teaching your kids”. She is not there for a reason.
She may be in your private schools …/
I have to laugh that the person with "multiple degrees" can't pronounce unalienable 😂
I assume it's some bit of SovCit word magic.
She’s mispronouncing it intentionally. Un-a-LIEN-able has to do with their mythical bond and that the courts can’t put a lien on it. It’s part of their fiction
She has more degrees than the lawyer--but they are PhDs in "Smugnorance"
NEED TO CLIP THAT " I probably have more degrees than you do"
The sequel to this is my most anticipated video of the month.
Oh Mike. Your comment about this example of an educator got me. One of our grandson’s had a cell phone at school and was suspected of have video of an attempted arson on school grounds. One of these stellar examples of the teaching profession told him he did not have to turn over his phone to the investigating officers.
Yep. He was arrested. This was the earthquake felt around the family dinner when lil ol gramma explained what the LEOs said to him in small stern words. Yes teacher was correct. You don’t have to, but there are consequences.
A sov cit, not working, collecting disability?!
My shocked face-->😱
Good luck on the 10k😂
