I'd assume the girl in the video didn't learn english or grow up in India, but instead adapted her english so indians would quickly understand her. I experienced the same in Kenya :) Went from american accent to nairoblish in short time. Anyway, I will definitely stop by when I'm in Goa. This looks like a good crowd.
