Home Remedy For Sorethroat | Home Management For Interna & External Throat & Neck Pain | Dr afzal

In this video, we will talk about sore throat. Swelling in the throat decreased voice and sometimes cramps in the neck Muscle, there are many reason that we have this problem. Sometime these are allergic sometime these are environmental. Sometimes these are viral sometimes these are bacterial. Whenever you have any such problem, you should always consult your primary doctor. But sometimes when you do not have the availability of the doctor there is sometiming issue. Then there are certain home remedies which can help you relieve the pain at least for the time being. Some of these include using black pepper powder using lukewarm water with a pinch of salt. And sometimes using honey will give some relief. for application are for external use can also be helpful. These are only the temporary measures which help you to get relief from the pain. And sorethroat, so whenever you have problem, always first try to consult your primary doctor but for the temporary relief. The way these have been mentioned in the video can be applied because these are quite harmless.
