In this video, I'm using my trusty old angle grinder, which has been with me for an astonishing 18 years! It's seen its fair share of projects. Today, I'll be mounting it to a custom tube cutting jig, and I'll walk you through the process. The concept behind this jig is super simple, consisting of three key components: the base, a swing arm for positioning the angle grinder, and a swivel base for mounting the angle grinder securely.
Once the jig is ready, I'll show you how it enhances the tube cutting process, making it easier and more accurate.
