- Dr. K K Aggarwal, President Heart Care Foundation of India and Group Editor in Chief MEDtalks, will discuss the SGOT/SGPT level in the extent of liver damage in this video. In SGOT or SGPT elevation, it is classified as mild to moderate elevation or a marked elevation or a massive elevation. He will also discuss the values regarding the same. In case of massive elevation, it is mostly due to drug-induced or ischemia induced. In marked elevation, it is mostly viral hepatitis or drug induced hepatitis.

On 22nd March MY SGOT and SGPT were : 46 and 86 Respectively. With Cholestrol of 265
On 18th May After two months of strict diet (low fat and Low carb diet) and 12% of my weight reduction.
MY SGOT, SGPT and Cholestrol is controlled to : 20, 16 and 210.
If i can do this. You can do it too:
Remember : do not cheat on diet , exercise daily and search for what to eat and what to avoid.
