What if Manuth looks normal when he's alone but as soon as he's with Sol he gains energy and becomes muscular. And also, Sol lights up in his presence. ._.

They didn’t make an app, these characters were created to be used as emoticons for the app, Line, which is a messaging app used a lot in Korea. It’s common in Asian countries to create characters to be used as emoticons and then creating lots of merch with those characters like plushies. They’ll all have background stories as well. Namjoon rly likes the character Ryan (a bear) and used to have a phone case of it. He even got a birthday cake with its face loll

Yeah, LINE is widely used in Asia, like here a lot of people especially teenager in Indonesia use that app. But Ryan is not a character from LINE, it's from KakaoTalk, a messaging app from Korea too 😊

When it comes to messaging apps KakaoTalk is by far the most popular app in South Korea though. Line isn't used a lot there. Line primary market is Japan and it is way more widespread in the rest of asia than Kakao. And yep Ryan is Kakao Friends not Line.
