    Good...but when bouncing I just started at club again hook thumbs in pockets no hands in pockets....when u break structure takedowns try to more quick Yank and hip pop more sensitivity less using you weight to pull. .....kicking...

    Great video Remy. Can you explain that last sweeping kick. When and how you apply it?

      I kick/sweep his front foot when he has slightly more weight on it for a moment. Sometimes when people move forward it opens for that. And you can help get the technique by pulling people towards you, by slightly taking a step back and changing your hand positioning.
