Different model here. 2009 Challenger manual here. Got the shift rod and boot out. Took plastic ring off and removed boot. Can't figure out how to get the old pistol grip off the shifter rod. Any ideas? Can send picture if you have email or something. Thanks
Well, that's a shift handle, not a shifter. Put a Barton shifter in if you want the real huge improvement. You can reuse your factory handle and Hurst grip with it if you don't want to spend a big chunk of extra cash for the Barton pistol grip or ball.
