- We are bringing Kand into the Standard environment today with a Boros Discover deck that also utilizes Pia Nalaar in order to create Thopters for us that have haste. I had great fun with this deck and it won all of the games that I have played with it!

Of course!! That's one reason why digging is important, lol.
16:50, him blocking your creature already prevented the damage, you killing his creature, kept the creature as a "blocked creature", therefore, unless the creature had trample(which it didn't) it's 1 damage didn't even hit him. He would have still taken lethal, even if you didn't kill the creature. He most likely was either ready to go to next match, or miscalculated how much damage you had on board.
I would have lost 1 power on the Adeline if the creature had died. I think that if my 1/1 had died, I wouldn't have had fatal. It took me a second to find it, but it was a solid scoop.
actually... I think you might be right because damage happens simultaneously... You are probably right.
So what is Adeline actually doing in this deck?
When we swing, we get 1/1s... I didn't thinks she was great, until you take it out and the deck is a little worse.
Also, with the thopters, she gets bigger. Actually more useful than at first glance.
Not really interested in seeing more standard stuff. I preferred your other content.
