Living in Middle of the Woods in an Airstream

This weekend, we're setting out to escape the desert heat of Moab, Utah and heading to the mountains! We're spending a couple of nights in the La Sal mountains in our 19 Ft Airstream Travel Trailer. We find a stunning campsite within the La Sal mountains a bit off the beaten path, but not without some potential challenges along the way!!

Just found your channel and really like all the hiking adventures. By the way the leveling blocks are made to drive the wheel up on until level. The stabilizer jacks are only supposed to go down snug enough to keep the camper stable while walking in it. They aren’t strong enough to level it without eventually breaking. Ask me how I know that. lol. Keep the great videos coming.

We realized we called them by the incorrect name after posting, but we definitely appreciate the safety tip just in case we were using the jacks to level!! 😄

The perfect way to enjoy the weekend…..cooking tip…slice up the chicken, cook in fry pan, set in an extra container/bowl when done. Same fry pan, cook potatoes and veg (broccoli, string bean,) together in pan, add cooked chicken when they are cooked, serve in a bowl. This is one pan meal, easy clean up…..add butter and seasoning that you prefer…
