    The Ensoniq TS-10 is without a doubt one of the most Unique workstations ever made. I am blessed to be the proud owner of such a unit. I am saddened that the company went under. They made leaps and bounds with the technology.

      Understatement there for sure..... definitely keeping mine, with all the upgrades. I think the Poly AT keybed will be trumped next month by the Osmose ! (If it finally ships out as they have now promised....), but still the best 90's workstation 😎👍🎹🎶💥🍻🇬🇧

      Same here and along with all of you guys showing interest in it here, I agree it is a wonderful sequencer/workstation!!!! @mrkeys5999@@rudolfschipper Did you program the preset you're using for the bells at 17:55? Or is it one of the available presets or sounds on the unit. It sounds like twinkling, but I can't be sure at the moment, I haven't fired up my TS-12 in a long time and I don't have it available at the moment.

    I went through most of the Ensoniq’s as they came out. I've had their samplers and also went from the VFX SD to the TS-10. Yes, I did have some other brands, but they just didn't have what the Ensoniq’s had in sound or ease of use. I stayed with Ensoniq’s because of their sound, everything else despite some of their great sounds just lack ... I suppose you could call it a body or the full richness that the Ensoniq’s had. I have always utilized every part of my TS-10s and make my own sounds and Hyperwaves and always have. After all these years I know that I can still get more from them even though I have used them for so long. I currently have 4 working TS 10s running SCSI2SD and a 5th for parts. I also have a few other Ensoniq’s and will never sell any of them.

    Too bad this company went out of business, they made innovative instruments which where by far better than anyone else at the time in terms of workflow and overall sound design.
    If this instrument had analog filters and double the polyphony, there is nothing else you would need.
    And the effects, ooohhhhh the effects....the icing on the cake!

    I searched a lot, which one the best invented instrument or brand that hallmarks the world of synthesizers in vintage era. Finally, I came to the conclusion that Korg was the most dominant and pioneering manufacturer, year after year (M1, Wavestation, T, 01W, Trinity, Prophecy, Z1, Triton...).
    However, the truth is, it could never compete with the famous american big sounding, which represented by Ensoniq

    • @serhiymarchenko8361
      @serhiymarchenko8361 4 месяца назад

      Well, almost every major manufacturer had revolutionary product(s) at some point. I don’t see much “revolution” going from M1 to T. It was more incremental update. Similar is Trinity to Triton. I would say that KARMA was more “revolutionary” than Triton. Korg was struggling before M1, while Yamaha ruled for some time with FM, then they created pretty revolutionary products with physical modeling (as Korg did with Z1, Prophecy and OASYS). Roland had D50 before M1, then they had JD, V-Synth…

      MANTENGA PRESETS Y PRESIONE EL BOTÓN SUAVE 1 (ESQUINA SUPERIOR IZQUIERDA DE LA PANTALLA). SUELTE AMBOS BOTONES. SELECCIONE SÍ EN LA SOLICITUD.

      @@MrKeys888 Gracias, a mi también me funcionó en mi ensoniq TS 12. Luego de eso perdí todo lo que estaba almacenado en la RAM, los bancos de sonido U0 y U1. Por suerte pude cargarlos de nuevo insertando el discket TSD 200 (en mi caso), luego presionando el botón "Storage" > "Disk" > "LOAD" > usando las flechas elegí el programa llamado 120-PROGRAMS > "YES". Now I will explain the same in English in case someone need it. If you reset your Ensoniq you will lose all your Sounds stored in the RAM, these are 120 sounds that are stored in U0 and U1 banks. In order to recover them insert the TSD-200 disk, then press "Storage" > "Disk" > "LOAD" > using the arrows keys select "120-PROGRAMS" > "YES"
