I think one of the most important factors for a home gym when choosing a hex bar, is it rackable? With a rackable bar you can use it for various presses. Yes they are bigger and heavier, but IMO the trade off is well worth it.
Looks like a great bar especially for the price. I didn’t go with that only because it places the plates out farther then the kabuki bar. I like the plates a bit closer to my body. Bad back reasons.
Great video. The Kabuki trap bar is on a completely different level. It’s totally overbuilt, haven’t used the Bells of Steel but it looks flimsy compared to the $100 Amazon hex bar.
I got them from Walmart. Can’t remember the name brand but they were about $35 each. They have a triangle shape in the back that with leverage stays up with the garage door bar.
I wear what’s comfortable for me not you or anyone else. Take my advice or not like the old saying goes opinions are like ass holes we all have one. We just don’t all have to be one!

It’s solid overall but looks small and the tipping isn’t a good thing. Overall I would buy it over a bar on Amazon
@@azuwhr Honestly the biggest thing is that weighs the 45 lbs so it keeps the math easy.

I would say the knurling is a medium to light. As far as the sleeves they spin. Thanks for watching.
