    Dodge filmed a commercial for the Journey at our house. It was pretty cool to watch the process.

    Love the Journey. I have a 2018 crossroad in the same beautiful, brilliant silver with 19” in rims. Just bought new tires and make sure you don’t get 19” 🤣 I bought mine brand new and they always want to trade it back so if you get a good one/new one take care of it.

      Your right Arielle one big tradeoff is cost of new tires, larger rim, more expensive to replace.

      Oh, But I do!! I saw it taking the crazy hot weather here in Middle East, when temperature reaches 50C, with ease and the A/C works just fine. Nice pentastar V6 engine that can work on the shitty fuel we have that has less than 75 octane. Regarding its utility as a family cross over, I think thats enough for it to be great.

    Get it while you can.
    Fiat pulled out their 500's and in the process of pulling out their Maserati line too.
    Why ? because they have a poor reputation for quality and reliability so sales have plummeted.
    The Journey is the last Chrysler vehicle to have a actual engine, the 2.4 and transmission, 4 speed developed by Chrysler when it was still an American owned company.
    The 4 speed auto actually has a dipstick, not the crappy sealed transmission you must check the fluid level with the engine running like all the other new automatics.
    The 2021's will be built in Italy at a Fiat factory using Fiat's junky trouble prone Multi Aire 2.4 that is used on Jeep products already and crappy sealed German transmissions already used on other Chrysler products.

      Don't tell me that - the 4-speed is one of the nicest transmissions I've driven! :,(

      @XanMan_05 4 года назад

      This, actually is one of the worst vehicles to ever be produced! Sure that engine was developed by Americans but do you really want that? Look at every list of terrible cars, this one’s on it! You make like your precious 4 Speed, but have you ever ridden in one? It’s almost as if the car was being powered by a lawn mower engine! Pairing that 4 Cylinder and that Automatic makes one of the worst drivetrain combinations to ever be put in a vehicle! Especially if you consider the fact that the vehicle has 7 seats! The car was, as you seem to insinuate, built for Americans. Let’s think about this, I’ve ridden in this car with 3 people all of the slimmer body shape. Now just think about this, it’s just a fact that there are a lot of, let’s say, larger people in America, now if you take the 2 larger parents, their 3 children, and the larger grandparents, you’ll have a recipe for a car that barely moves leave alone the fact that it can be used for it’s intended purpose, as a car! The Journey is and will always be a terrible vehicle and anyone looking at one should go straight to the likes of Ford or Chevrolet, even the Japanese make some pretty impressive 3 row vehicles!

      @@AlejandroP1980s Okay, however are you going to argue that the Ford Explorer, Subaru Ascent, Toyota Highlander, Chevy Tahoe/Suburban, Honda Pilot, and even the Kia Telluride and Hyundai Palisade are worse than the Journey? You won’t, because you know that at least three quarters of the cars on that list are leaps and bounds better than the Journey, although every one on the list is better in its own way.
      Also, I love how you go straight to the worst of the Japanese manufacturers, neglecting to mentions the ones that you know are actually good. Also, maybe you don’t know, but Kia and Hyundai are *Korean* not Japanese.
      Go back to your precious Dodge Journey, I’ll continue to live in the 21st century.

      @@aztecanorteamericano2741 I had a 2007 Nissan Altima S that I bought used in 2011 with 36k miles then got rid of it in 2015 with 66k miles. The CVT was replaced at 60k miles. It also had a few other problems such as the radio display fading when it's hot outside, some of the buttons would sometimes not work, the A/C blower motor was replaced at one point & had to replace the battery twice in a short amount of time. Replaced it with a new 2015 Toyota Camry XSE V6 that has around 50k miles now & hasn't had any problems so far as expected.

      The Journey was a great entry-level vehicle! It was designed to be a very affordable, family-friendly option with three rows, so many of the technology and advanced features were held for higher trims or other vehicles.
