I rode this in the nineties. Was my best ride ever (together with other routes in the Pryrenees mountains). Never forgot it. How times fly…. Now that I’m retired it’s definitely on my bucket list again.
It is with regret that I have to say that the "rural" character of the route, which was probably still to be found in the 1990s, is disappearing more and more because the road is being developed more and more for heavy goods traffic. That is the way of the times. Thanks for the comment.

Tolle Strecke! Bin ich im Juli gefahren. War zwar ne Mörderhitze, aber trotzdem ein schöner Abschnitt unserer Tour.
Ich bin die Strecke am 17. Juni gefahren. Da war's wohl noch etwas "besser". Danke für den Kommentar.
