In the 2021/22 season, Sofía Ros debuted at Carnegie Hall in Manhattan, New York, at the young age of 19. She has also given recitals in prestigious international venues such as the Musikverein (Vienna), Purcell Room (London) and Queen's Hall (Edinburgh), establishing herself on the international scene as a soloist and chamber musician.

A pleasant diversion from harpsichord performances of the Scarlatti pieces: far richer dynamics and expressive warmth. (I appreciate piano and harpsichord renditions of this repertoire, but in faster-paced sonatas the material can get somewhat relentless; the virtues of the accordion and sympathetic interpretation avoid this.)

There are some mistakes. The balance between melody/bass is not possible to control momentarily on accordion.
