आज मसाला किचन में बन रही है आटे के कूकीज/बिस्किट की रेसिपी | घर में बनाये बेकरी जैसे बिस्किट | एक बार हेल्दी कूकीज/बिस्किट बना लिया तो बाजार के बिस्कुट भूल जाओगे | बिना ओवन के बिस्कुट बनाने का आसान तरीका | बाजार जैसे बिस्किट बनाने का सही तरीका देखिये और बेकरी रेसिपी/आटा बिस्किट/कड़ाई में बिस्किट, हेल्दी आटा बिस्किट बनाने की आसान रेसिपी | नानखताई, आटे के बिस्कुट, बटर बिस्किट, जीरा अजवाइन के बिस्कुट बनाने की विधि | घर मे बेकरी जैसे बिस्कुट बनाने का आसान तरीका | बिस्किट, कुकीज़ रेसिपी जरूर देखिये | टी-टाइम आटे के बिस्कुट बनाने की विधि | हेल्दी बिस्किट बनाने की आसान रेसिपी शेयर ज़रूर कीजिये | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी
INGREDIENTS:
Margarine Butter(मार्जरीन ) - 1/2 Cup/60 Gram
Amul Butter(मक्खन) - 1/2 Cup/60 Gram
Sugar Boora(शक्कर बूरा) - 1/2 Cup
Milk(दूध) - 100 ml
Milk Powder(दूध पाउडर) - 2 Tbsp
Vanilla Custard Powder(कस्टर्ड पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp/10-12 Gram
Baking Powder(बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
Baking Soda(बेकिंग सोडा) - 1/4 Tsp
Vanilla Essence(वेनिला एसेंस) - Some drops
Wheat Flour(गेहूं का आटा) - 200 Gram
RECIPE:
On a plate or thali, take some Margarine, Amul Butter, Shakkar Boora & mix them all well by adding Milk gradually. Then put Milk Powder, Vanilla Custard Powder, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Vanilla Essence & mix them all well. Then put Wheat Flour by sieving it, mix all well & make a dough & keep it aside. Then take a Cookie Maker/Chakli Maker, grease some oil & put the Cookie Dough in it & make Cookies. Then cut it in the shape of Biscuits/Cookies. Take a baking tray & put Butter paper in it then put Biscuits in it & bake it in the preheated Oven at 160 degrees for 15 min. Then keep the baked Cookies on a ring/rack for cooling down then put them in the airtight jar & enjoy the Tasty Atta Cookies/Biscuits for a long time. Serve it & Enjoy the Super Tasty Atta Cookies/Biscuits at home.
