INGREDIENTS:
* Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) - 2 Cup/300 Grams
* Semolina (सूजी/रवा) - 1/2 Cup
* Desiccated coconut (नारियल बुरादा) - 4 Spoons
* Salt (नमक) - 2 Pinch
* Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Oil (तेल) - 5 Tbsp
* Sugar (चीनी) - 1 Cup/150 Gram
* Water (पानी) - 3/4 Cup
* Dry fruits (सूखे मेवे) - some
RECIPE:
Take a bowl,put Sugar & Water then keep it aside.
In a bowl,take Wheat Flour,Semolina,Desiccated Coconut & some Salt.Mix them.Then put some Cardamom Powder,Refined Oil & bind the dough with light hands by adding Sugar & Water mixture gradually in it.Take some part of dough,roll it & cut in it pieces.Then press them & give them shape.Make design with a spoon then fry them in the medium heated Oil on low to medium flame.Garnish the Atta Cookies with chopped Dry Fruits & Desiccated Coconut.Keep them for cooling down then put them in air tight jar & enjoy the Tasty Atta Biscuits for long time.

परसो बालूशाही बनाई थी.बहुत अच्छी बनी.कल बून्दी के लड्डू बनाकर प्रसाद मे अर्पित किये।.इसीलिये घर मे सबकी तरफ से धन्यवाद भी करना था.
और प्रसाद के लिये कोई नयी रेसीपी ढूंढी .
यह नाईस बिस्कीट जैसी है. आकार मे भी अच्छी है करारी सुंदर तली हुयी मिल गई । घर मे ही उपलब्ध सात्विक सामग्री से सहज तरीके से समझाते हुए हेल्दी कुकीज सिखायी.जल्दी ही घर वाले इन्हे बनाकर श्रीगणेश जी को प्रसाद चढा सकते हैं.और आगे भी बनाते रहेगे।वैसे भी लाकडाऊन जैसी स्थिति और बरसात अलग से।सब घर मे ही है।अच्छा हल्का मीठा पदार्थ मिला।
पहले हम लोगो से केवल सुनते थे. आज
प्रत्यक्ष मे बनते देखा। खुशी हुई वह भी बिना मोल्ड के इतना आसान सा।एक कहावत यहाँ अच्छे अर्थ मे कह सकते है:_
"ऊंची दुकान ऊंचा पकवान"
वैसे आपकी सारी रेसिपी वस्तुओ के सही माप की,कम तामझाम वाली अनेक प्रयोग करके सही से तैयार की हुई होने से प्रायः सबको जम ही जाती है।तब और अच्छा लगता है जब व्यर्थ की चीजों,खर्च से बचाते हो।एक एक छोटी-सी बात भी समझाते जाते हो।इसलिये घर के लोग एक तो श्री निशा मधुलिकजी को और आप दोनो को सम्मान से "गुरू माई "मानते है।उन्होने आप दोनो से बहुत सीखा जो उन्हें कोई नही बताता था।आज वे आत्मविश्वास से सभी त्योहारों पर ,मेहमानों के आने पर आराम से कठिन व्यंजन बना लेती है।
