INGREDIENTS:
* Wheat flour (गेहूं का आटा) - 2 Cup/300 Grams
* Semolina (सूजी/रवा) - 1/2 Cup
* Desiccated coconut (नारियल बुरादा) - 4 Spoons
* Salt (नमक) - 2 Pinch
* Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Oil (तेल) - 5 Tbsp
* Sugar (चीनी) - 1 Cup/150 Gram
* Water (पानी) - 3/4 Cup
* Dry fruits (सूखे मेवे) - some
RECIPE:
Take a bowl,put Sugar & Water then keep it aside.
In a bowl,take Wheat Flour,Semolina,Desiccated Coconut & some Salt.Mix them.Then put some Cardamom Powder,Refined Oil & bind the dough with light hands by adding Sugar & Water mixture gradually in it.Take some part of dough,roll it & cut in it pieces.Then press them & give them shape.Make design with a spoon then fry them in the medium heated Oil on low to medium flame.Garnish the Atta Cookies with chopped Dry Fruits & Desiccated Coconut.Keep them for cooling down then put them in air tight jar & enjoy the Tasty Atta Biscuits for long time.

I made this recipe as soon as I watched it with a little variation with 3/4th brown sugar and 1/4th sugar as my husband is a sugar patient but he loves good it came out 👍but takes patience in frying thanks from Karachi

My mother also prepares these types of biscuits. She sometimes gives grated orange peel to give orange flavour but the amount of grated orange peel should be very less, since more amount of grated orange peel may turn the taste of the biscuits bitter.
