Degradable vs Biodegradable vs Compostable

Let’s get some terminology set around plastics. And yes, they degrade, it’s just a matter of time!

Not sure if you are active.
But through 2020 i have seen term "backyard-compostable" popping up. And so called "plant based" plastics. Do they differ from "common" plastics?
