God truly works in mysterious ways. I’m going through a major transition in my life. Mentally, I’ve been all over the place. I’ve been praying all day and literally just finished journaling. Speaking of comfort zones I read this quote over and over when I'm working out bc it motivates me to keep going!!
"Real self love is discomfort for the purpose of positive change. It's realizing the only time you grow, the only time you get better is when you hit that point of wanting to quit but you keep going!!"
That's all it takes for me to power through my workout.
I am currently on a weight loss journey and I have been asking God to show me weight loss motivational channels, ideally black RUclipsrs, so i can relate more. I open youtube and guess what? you are in my recommendations!! I started checking you out and WHOAAA, GOD IS AMAZING!! Not only i relate to your story and struggle but i feel inspired and motivated to keep going on my journey. (i am abt to workout now haha) You are everything i was looking for and i AM GLAD the lord showed me your channel. My goal is to turn fitness into a lifestyle, and seeing you, just gives me hope that i can do it!

Baaabbbyyyyy....I needed this tuday!!! Been sick for a couple weeks and been just out of it. Today I told myself we are not staying in bed and feeling sorry for myself. I'm up working on a project and I feel amazing. Still a lil sore and stuffy however better than before.
