Noodles 250 gr.

Sehr leckere Inspiration, aber ich werde die Zubereitungsschritte etwas verändern. Vielleicht ist es ja für dich auch eine Inspiration. Ich werde als erstes die Pfanne sehr gut vorheizen und dann die Champignons richtig schön anbraten, die hohe Hitze brauchen die Pilze damit das Wasser in ihnen verdampft und sie braun und nicht gummiartig werden....danach dann die Zwiebeln dazugeben und mit braten bis sie glasig sind und dann den Brokkoli 🥦...den Stiel kann man übrigens mit essen der schmeckt super gut...einfach die Schale unterrum ab machen und dann kann man ihn kleinschneiden und mit garen. Danach würde ich mit deinem Rezept so fort fahren. Es sieht super lecker und schmackhaft aus... 😊☺️ das schöne ist ich hab alle Zutaten dafür zuhause. yummy 🤤 wird es heute bei mir geben 🥰 liebe Grüße
