Dude this is amazingly impressive. The acting and the editing, the writing. I've never seen someone argue with themselves and make it this natural. Also hilarious
Ever since Ryan George revealed how he makes it appear like he is two separate people talking with each other (by having the voice line of the second character start slightly *before* changing the camera to that character) it's been very easy to spot this technique in a lot of solo performer channels.
But this was the most skillful and elaborate version of this technique that I have ever seen.
Damn, this is a masterpiece! After three years of posting skits of one guy talking to himself, Matt finally managed to make a video of two guys arguing with each other. It's magic!

This was flat out hilarious Matt. Since you told me how you pull off this dialogue between yourself, it makes it that much more impressive. I truly would love to watch you film one of these videos. It must be quite difficult to pull something like this off, and your editing skills are off the charts! I don't know if people point out, or even notice often, but you are not only a very funny guy, but you are also quite a good actor. This scene was completely and utterly believable. I'd tip my hat to you sir, but I've recently combed my hair, so...
On another note, I've always wondered about the ratio between video views and likes. It's something I pay attention to, for some reason. Most videos have a very, very low percentage of likes compared to the number of views. Somewhere around 1 to 5 percent, and that has always puzzled me. Your videos, however, usually blow that out the water. As of my viewing, your percentage of likes is around 25% of views, which is huge comparatively speaking. Your fans obviously want you to personally know how much your work is appreciated. That says much about you, and you should be proud to have such a loyal following, of which I laughingly count myself one of you biggest.

This is exactly like the imaginary arguments I have with people in my head.
The reason you can't pick 1 or 100 is because they specifically say "Between 1 and 100" which would mean the number has to be something you could find while counting the numbers after 1, and before 100.
This traumatised me because I get anxious when people argue around me...
When an entire already good joke is written for the soul purpose of landing the real joke "you come for your cat"
