- Join the Victory concrete crew as we finish a job that was supposed to already be finished by a different contractor. It was an easy job, easy money, nice weather, grandma brought us lunch, and the customer was great! It was a nice Friday at the end of a hard week. Enjoy!

Well you know when Ryan left the other day when they were forming the pad for the new building ,They rushed to get it done so they could leave ! Thats why it wasnt done right ! The old adage "When the cats away " !!
I was surprised no one was able to pick up and read a set of drawings.
For the past few years and especially since he purchased this new land, Ryan’s business and personal life have been trending upwards. It’s pretty clear. All the new heavy equipment, all the work and personal vehicles new land, all the RUclips revenue, revenue from sponsors, revenue from merch, free tools, plenty of concrete jobs scheduled already and constantly bidding for new work too. Life is pretty good for the guys.
The employees behavior and dealing with the slow moving city engineers are just bumps in the road. He’s laser focused on achieving his vision for his work and personal life and is well on his way there. He knows how to take the bad with the good and keep moving forward. He complains about a lot less than the people who comment on every video. And y’all don’t even know the man. All you see in these edited vids are exactly what he wants to show you and nothing he doesn’t. So take things with a grain of salt when you watch anyone vids. You don’t actually know what it’s like to be Ryan and you don’t actually know what it’s like to be one of his employees. You don’t know these people.

Yeah, my boss let go of our best Forman because of egos. Now the company is going down hill. They have laid off 1/2 the staff and may layoff more people. The guy has some rough edges, but things got done and timelines were met and the clients liked him. He was never kicked off the job like the owner has. The owner has been kicked off so many jobs I have lost count. I know Ryan is not like my boss, but he made a mistake getting rid of Bugs.

You can debate all day long about how the dynamic should be in the work place and how the boss should treat his employees. There’s pros and cons no matter which path you choose as a boss. What you can say for sure though is that Ryan is set in his ways and believes in his method when it comes to dealing with his guys. Also, his overall focus is not on the little things he doesn’t like about his guys. He’s obviously very ambitious person and it’s clear that since buying his new land he has been very focused on his vision and what he wants to do with that property. Also generally speaking his business and personal life are learnt trending upwards, he just keeps building and building. It’s definitely an upward trend. So with that why would he completely change how he does things, especially when it comes to the dynamic of the relationships he has with employees. It’s not perfect but it works in the long run and that’s where Ryan is focused.

Since Bugs left, there is no one to strighten them. Most things wouldn't fly like that around him, he didn't cared to say it stright in their eyes. Ryan is way too good and they started abusing that. Erik throwing the equipment and he just smiled like it's nothing when he got called for it. Ryan you also need to think these videos as your advertisement, if the crew is continuing like that it might just create bad image.
That's exactly what he needs. Ryan's the good cop and he needs his right hand to lay down the law when he feels he's crossing the line as a boss. A good crew doesn't just happen magically. They're trained.
