Hi, I just want to say that I really enjoyed this live chat. Of course things have advanced since then with you new gel from the PRF which has only arrived here in the last couple of months LOL. 20 years later ( hope not) for the gel! LOL.
So many interesting questions, and happy you could save this. The double Doc. Well I have to go to a Dr. That only does PRP / PRF for sports medicine, and started injecting faces about 2 years ago. Makes me a bit nervous , so I am still thinking.
I will have to go to a plastic surgeon for the threads and sculptra or anything else Morpheus 8 and RF also she only does PRP LOL have to double Doc. ( you know it’s Ottawa🤦🏼♀️) .

Your are easy to ur videos, Would PDO thread pull my long top lip, somewhat flared, at 15 yrs old, Dr in UK while removing growth by lifting the base ofmy nose 20 yrs ago, left me with nose is slightly sunken with longer top lip. I guess the miss-jueged the distance my lip to base, plus flared no columella.

Have you heard of Pollogen LEGEND microneedling with RF? Should I expect good results with that?
Is Radiesse the right product for the temples? Does it migrate if injected at the bone in the proper spot parallel with the eye? Also jowels with heavy cheek. Thinking lipo dissolve in that area?

It amuses me as much as it saddens me, that science for giving the illusion of youthfulness, have come a long way, but yet, nobody has been able to tackle wheee the real aging occurs, in the axial skeletal; that’s the one I’m more interested in!
A lot of scientists think we are only a few years away from reversing aging. It probably doesn't have anything to do with "axial skeletal". Check out David Sinclar and Aubrey de Grey.
I'm not so optimistic, I think aging is too strong and powerful to be stopped by humans and will be master of humanity and rule us forever. But scientists don't think so.
I really dont like my buccal areas they are kind of flat/sunken especially when contrast with my huge cheeks. Dr, can filler be used to fill buccal areas? Maybe nobody has my problem cos i havent seen a single video on filling buccal areas.

Your provider will have their system. It is dangerous especially in the wring layer. I use bellafill and sculptra. Technique is paramount. Blindness the main issue I have.

I have a plastismo fat pad that cool sculpting decreased ab 30% but didn’t get rid of. I consulted another dr and he said I had to get it cut out. Any suggesting dr? You were not very clear on what advice for platismo fat pat under the chin
Very complex and exam is needed. Fat/ skin/ muscle need be assessed. Coolsculpting removes central fat but not contouring areas.
I have headaches after botox injection in forehead. What does cause this headache? Is the expired of the material has a rol?
Some get these.
Apparently it’s due to the saline that’s mixed with the botox.

Recently mistakingly had lip reduction surg to address lower lip hang and gum exposure issue huge mistake as the lip has now been reduced so much that its pulled lower lip so far in the skin normally hidden under the lip is now exposed aswell as mental crease AND with volume removed the gum exposure is now even more obvious as i found 2 days post surg through a lower lip lift vid on youtube that what i actually needed were possibly jaw/orthognathic surg or dental issue as i then discovered i have an overbite so when pulling my lower jaw forward it does help to elevate lip and hide gum exposure IF we had left the lip volume as it were..now it looks ill be spending thousands each year on fillers to maintain lip volume as it looks silly unless its corrected asap 😡 lol

Can massaging filler (after prooer placement) be good for mitigating migration? For example, going in once a month to ensure that the filler is still in place & in tact by massaging/manipulating it into place? Also, what is your opinion on the utilization of radiofrequency to "melt" filler that you wish to remove instead of getting injected with hyaluronidase? I'm assuming you would have to monitor the radiofrequency process with ultrasound imaging

Rf is 67 degrees and will not melt filler
So what do you do about the migration? & hyaluronic acids won't melt? I'm talking about those fillers. I wouldn't use the other fillers you recommend

They do last for years. Migrate yes but not just gravity- muscle movement etc.
