NASA insists that Boeing Starliner astronauts are not ‘stranded’

NASA astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams launched on the Boeing Starliner on June 5 for a test flight that was expected to last a week or so but issues with the ship's engine thrusters have prompted delays for their return. NASA insists that the astronauts are not "stranded" in space. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
